Live Football 16th May - Manchester United legend Neville gave an exclusive interview to The Telegraph, discussing his current career and Manchester United.

When Manchester United won the 1992 FA Youth Cup, Neville's teammate George Switzer gave him the nickname "buzzing" because he was always very busy. Nowadays, with the continuous expansion of the business and media landscape, Neville's life has become busier: getting up at 5 a.m., working out at 6 a.m., sending children to school at 7 a.m., and starting the day's work at 8 a.m.

Neville said, "I will do everything possible to make my career successful. My schedule is fully packed every minute from Monday to Friday." When is the rest time? My weekends are spent watching football games. I watch Salford City's game on Saturday and the live broadcast on Sky TV on Sunday. Although I have to drive frequently between various meetings and competitions, for me, these two days are my rest days.

Neville seldom allowed himself to relax even when he was still a young player: "In my football career, I had to keep a low profile. On the one hand, I didn't want to distract myself. On the other hand, it was because I played under a coach (Ferguson) who wouldn't allow you to be distracted." But I always say, "I'm going to make investments." My father would ask, "Are you sure?" Recently, Neville has made some sharp criticisms of Manchester United under the leadership of Ineos, but he still holds a cautiously optimistic attitude towards the team's future: "Over the past 12 months, Ineos has taken many very different measures from before, but I think they have been very strong in the areas they can control."
