Sky Sports sets a new record for Premier League broadcasting! All 215 games in the 25/26 season were covered [jiayu]


The 2024/25 Premier League season is coming to an end, but Sky Sports has already set its sights on the new season's plans.

On the eve of the final game on May 25th, this British broadcaster announced major broadcasting innovations for the 2025/26 season.

According to official confirmation, starting from the 2025/26 season, Sky Sports will broadcast at least 215 Premier League matches each season, setting a new record in the platform's history.

Compared with the previous broadcast volume of 128 matches, this expansion has enabled Sky Sports to broadcast more Premier League matches than all its competitors.

Before the new season kicks off on August 16th, Sky Sports is offering a special package. Users can watch over 1,400 matches covering the Premier League and the English Football League (EFL) for just £35 per month, saving £192 compared to the original price of £43.
